优化重轨BD1轧辊孔型配置

分析了重轨BD1轧辊孔型的使用状况,德国西马克公司对1套重轨BD1轧辊原设计了6种不同孔型,在轧制P50、P60两个重轨品种时,仅用了其中的3种孔型,其他3种孔型不用,轧辊的利用率仅为50%。为了提高轧辊的使用功能,对轧辊孔型进行优化配置,提出了改进孔型的方案,在对方案进行可行性分析后并付诸实施应用。

Optimization of roll pass configuration of heavy rail BD1
