摘    要:分析了重轨BD1轧辊孔型的使用状况,德国西马克公司对1套重轨BD1轧辊原设计了6种不同孔型,在轧制P50、P60两个重轨品种时,仅用了其中的3种孔型,其他3种孔型不用,轧辊的利用率仅为50%。为了提高轧辊的使用功能,对轧辊孔型进行优化配置,提出了改进孔型的方案,在对方案进行可行性分析后并付诸实施应用。

Abstract:The present paper analyzes the usage status of the roll pass of the heavy rail roll BD1.In the original design of a set of heavy rail roll BD1 introduced from Simak Germany there are six different passes.However in rolling two grades of heavy rail P50 and P60 only three passes are used and the other three are useless and thus the availability of the roll is only 50%.In order to improve the function of roll usage the roll pass configuration is optimized and an improvement scheme of the roll pass configuratio...
