异型钢丝用65Mn热轧盘条的生产实践

摘    要:经过弹簧钢产品长期的研发和生产实践,安钢形成了异型弹簧钢丝用65Mn热轧盘条稳定的转炉冶炼、LF精炼、方坯连铸及控轧控冷工艺。规格Φ6.5 mm的65Mn盘条抗拉强度为1075 MPa~1115 MPa,断面收缩率达到50%以上,且组织索氏体比例达到80%以上,能够满足用户制作异型弹簧钢丝的各项要求。借助光镜和扫描电镜对生产中出现的开裂问题进行了分析,盘条局部增碳和组织异常是导致开裂的主要原因,通过采取有效措施避免了类似质量问题的发生。

Abstract:Through the research and production practice for a long time in spring steel products, the stable processes of converter smelting, LF refining, billet continuous casting and TMCP of special- shaped spring steel wire for 65Mn Hot- rolled wire rod were formed in Angang. The tensile strength of Ф6.5 mm 65Mn wire rod was 1079 MPa - 1116 MPa, reduction of area was more than 50%, and the organization of sorbite proportion reached more than 80% , which could meet requirements of special - shaped spring steel wire made by the users. Crack problems during production were analyzed by means of optical microscope and scanning electron microscope, local carburetion and abnormal microstructure form wire were the main reason leading to crack, effective measures were taken to avoid the occurrence of similar quality problems.
