摘    要:本文利用花椰菜组织通过交联制备L-抗坏血酸传感器,该传感器在pH6.0、0.1mol/L的KH_2PO_4-Na_2HPO_4真缓冲溶液中对Vc标准溶液的线性范围为5.0×10~(-5)×1.8×10~(-3)mol/L,响应时间1min。电极使用寿命在1个月以上。利用该传感器测定了部分水果和果汁中Vc的含量,所得结果与分光光度法(2,4-二硝基苯肼法)测得结果一致。

Abstract:The cauliflower plant tissue and bovine serum albumin are cross - linked by glutaraldehyde, and coupled the plant tissue - based membrane to an oxygen electrode. The biosensor of L- ascorbic acid is prepared. It has a linear response over the range5.0×10-5 - 1.8×10-3mol/L mol/L in KH2PO4- Na2HPO4 buffer (pH = 6.0) and has over one month of lifetime.The response time is one minute. It is applied to determinate L -ascorbic acid in fruit juice and compared with that of spectrophotometric method, which is 2,4- dinitro phenyl hydrazine method. The agreement results are obtained.
