摘    要:采用BET、XRD等测试手段,考察了由4种方法在不同条件下制备的VPO催化剂的比表面积和晶体结构。试验结果表明还原剂、溶剂、P/V摩尔比、干燥条件及焙烧温度都对VPO催化剂的物理性质有影响。水相法制备获较复杂的晶相,随着焙烧温度的提高,样品的比表面积减小,晶相强度增加;有机相法制备可获得较单一、活性好的晶相,焙烧温度升高对样品的比表面积影响不大,但超临界条件下干燥,可使催化剂比表面积成倍增大。

Abstract:BET and XRD techniques were used to investigate the surface area and phase composition of VPO catalysts.The results show:reducing agent,solvent,P/V ratio,drying conditions and calcination temperature can influence the physical properties of VPO catalysts.Catalyst prepared by the water phase method have much lower surface area and the crystallinity increases with increasing temperature of calcination.In the case of catalysts prepared by the organic phase method,single crystals with good activity can be obtained,and the surface area is less influenced by high calcination temperature.However,by supercritical fluid drying (SCFD) method,the surface area of catalyst can be increased notably and better phase composition is obtained.
