基于云计算的组织知识管理探究

自从2006年云计算概念被提出以来，真正研究云计算与知识管理问题的人不多，本文尝试研究一下基于云计算的组织知识管理的问题。文章首先阐述了介绍了云计算和组织知识管理研究的相关概况，提出了将云计算应用于组织知识管理的构想，构建了云计算环境下组织知识管理模型，分析了基于云计算的组织知识管理的流程，希望利用云计算的优势充分应用到组织知识管理领域中。

The Research On Organization Knowledge Management Based On Cloud Computing

since 2006,the concept of cloud computing has been proposed, there are not many people studying the matter of cloud computing and knowledge management, this paper tries to study the problem of the organization knowledge management based on cloud computing. First ,this paper introduces general situation of the cloud computing and organization and the related research of knowledge management ,and puts forward the idea of organization knowledge management applying cloud computing , and constructes organization knowledge management model under the cloud computing environment, and analyses the organization of knowledge management based on cloud computing process, hoping to use fully the advantage of the cloud computing application into the ifeld of the organization l knowledge management.
