轴流式引风机改造选型试验研究

摘    要:600 MW机组锅炉采用轴流式引风机在实际生产运行中存在运行安全性差、效率低等问题,因此,结合现场测试试验结果,提出了轴流式引风机技术改造方案,并进行对比分析,从而提高引风机效率,降低能耗,保证机组安全、稳定、经济运行。

Abstract:Major problems such as poor operation safety and low efficiency due to axial flow fan appealed in the boiler of 600 MW. In order to solve such problems, technical transformation scheme is put forward, comparative analysis is conducted , the energy consump- tion is reduce, thus ensuring the safe, economic and stable operation of unit.
