摘    要:通过研究发现在已运行变电站接入监控系统的遥控过程中容易出现误遥控事故,导致设备运行异常,甚至造成大面积停电事故,而常规的几种防止误遥控方法在实际应用中也各有缺点存在。结合某电网调度自动化系统实际情况,在自动化主站系统中加入闭锁遥控执行的程序,在保证变电站遥控二次回路正常的情况下,应用此程序对已运行变电站的设备进行遥控测试。经过近三年的实际应用,证明此方法可以有效避免误遥控事故的发生,减少停电损失,并减轻了维护人员工作强度,保障人身安全和电力系统设备稳定运行。

Abstract:Through the study found that the operating transformer substation access to the remote control process of monitoring ystem is easy to appear the false remote control accident, lead to abnormal operation, even cause large area blackout accident, amt several conventional methods for preventing false remote control also have disadvantages in practical application. Combining the actual situation of a certain power grid dispatching automation system, the locking remote control execution program is added ill automation master station system to ensure substation remote secondary circuit in normal situation, and the program is applied to remote control and test the equipments of operat- ing substation. After nearly three years of practical application, it is proved that this method cart effectively avoid re- mote control accidents, reduce the power loss and the working strength of maintenance personnel, as well as guarantee personal safety and stable operation of power system equipment.
