铝镁质量比对矿渣微晶玻璃的影响研究

摘    要:以白云鄂博二次选后尾矿和粉煤灰为主要原料,采用熔融法制备得到了CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2系矿渣微晶玻璃。利用DTA、XRD、SEM等研究了Al2O3/MgO质量比对微晶玻璃结构及力学性能的影响。结果表明:Al2O3/MgO比值的增加有助于晶化温度的升高。Al2O3/MgO质量比为3.3时,得到的微晶玻璃密度最大,综合力学性能最优。

Abstract:Glass-ceramic within the CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 quaternary system was successful produced from the Baiyunebo tailing and fly ash as main raw material by the method of melting.The influence of Al2O3/MgO ratio on the crystalization,structure and properties of the glass-ceramics have been investigated by differential thermal analysis(DTA),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results showed that with the increase of Al2O3/MgO ratio the crystallization temperature of the glass-ceramics increased.It was found that the glass-ceramic with maximum density and optimal mechanical properties can be prepared when Al2O3/MgO ratio reached 3.3%.
