摘    要:对汕头热电一厂4号锅炉水冷壁管频繁爆管进行了检查分析,根据水冷壁管爆口外观特征、金相检验、垢样化验和机组水质检查结果,可确认垢下碱性腐蚀是造成爆管的主要原因。阐述了垢的形成及垢下碱性腐蚀的机理。在更换失效管段以后,通过改造除氧器及加强水质化学监控等措施,有效地解决了水冷壁爆管问题。

Abstract:By way of visual checking and metallographic examination on the rupture surfaces of tubes of boiler No.4 in Shantou No.1 Thermal Power Plant and based on water quality analysis,under-deposit alkali corrosion has been found to be the main cause of tube burst failures frequently occurring to the boiler.The formation process of deposit and the mechanism of under-deposit alkali corrosion are illustrated.After replacement of the failed tube section,the problem has been effectively solved by altering relevant deaerators and enhancing water quality control.
