摘 要: | 首次将Ru3(CO)9(TPP)3配合物催化剂用于4 丙硫基 2 硝基苯胺(Ⅰ)的CO选择还原反应,考察了反应条件对反应转化率和选择性的影响。PCO=5 0MPa,θ=140℃,t=20h,n(Ⅰ)/n(Ru)=300的反应条件下,转化率为83%,选择性达98%,为合成高效广谱驱虫药阿苯达唑(Albendazole)关键中间物4 丙硫基邻苯二胺提供了一条环境友好新路线。

Synthesis of 4-Propylthio-o-phenylenediamine by CO Selective Reduction of 4-Propylthio-2-nitroaniline |

Abstract: | Ru3(CO)9(TPP)3 complex catalyst was applied for the first time to the selective reduction of 4 propylthio 2 nitroaniline(Ⅰ) using CO as reductant.Effects of reaction conditions on the conversion and selectivity was systematically investigated.Under the conditions of PCO=50 MPa,θ=140 ℃,t=20 h,n(Ⅰ)/n(Ru)=300,the conversion and selectivity reached up to 83% and 98% respectively.The results provided a novel environmentally-friendly approach for the systhesis of 4 propylthio o phenylenediamine,which is the key intermediate of an effective and widely used parasiticide Albendazole. |
