浅井薄层稠油油藏注蒸汽开采

摘    要:以JL油田零区试验区浅井薄层稠油油藏为例,总结了该油藏注蒸汽开采具有周期生产时间短、产油量递减快、产油量及油汽比低的特点。在分析了油藏地质参数,注汽参数及注汽方式对开采效果影响的基础上,得出:①提高蒸汽干度可增加单位厚度油层周期产油量;②第1周期合理注汽速度为100t/d左右;每米油层最佳注入热焓为2.5×10^8kj,以后各周期按15%递增;在蒸汽干度为40%的情况下,每米油层周期注气量为130

Abstract:Taking the shallow and heavy oil reservoir of the pilot of Area 0 in JLoilfield, Henan province as examples. the thermal recovery characteristics of this type of reservoirhave been concluded. which are short in cycle prodution. declineing fast for oil production and lower ratio of oil and steam (Fo.s) The effects of the reservoir geology. steam injection paraments andthe steam injection stratergies on recovery are analysed. Because of the very larger h eat loss, the highsteam quality is more necessaryin the thermal recovery for thin-bedded heavy oil reservoir than otherreservoir. For this type of reservoir. the available injection h eat energy of net pay per meter and steaminjection velocity of cycle 1 is 2.5x108 kJ and 100 t/ d, respectively. then increases 15% percycle. lt is reasonable that the amount of the steam injection of a cycle is about 130 tper meter in thecase of 40% dryness fraction of steam in the process of steamflooding. pulsed steam injection can improve the recovery.
