工业炸药生产中的粉碎理论及其技术

粉状工业炸药的原材料粒度影响其混合效果和爆炸性能,文章就与工业炸药生产相关的粉碎理论及技术进行研究.讨论了用机械力粉碎物料的几种方法,介绍了粉碎后物料的粒度分布的测定方法,对工业上常用的干法粉碎和湿法粉碎的设备结构和粉碎特点进行了分析对比.建议在进行工业炸药的工艺与配方研究的同时,注重用于粉状工业炸药生产的粉碎设备装置的应用开发,以促进工业炸药生产技术整体水平的提高.

Study on the Theory and Technology of Crushing in the Production of Industrial Explosive

The size of the raw materials of powdery industrial explosive affects on the mixing effect and explosion property,so the theory and technology of crushing related with the production of industrial explosive were studied in this paper. Some kinds of crushing way with mechanical force were discussed. The test method of size distribution after crushing was also introduced. The structure and characteristic of common equipments of dry and wet crushing used in industry were analyzed with comparison. It is suggested that we should note the importance of the research of crushing equipments used in the production of powdery industrial explsoive for improving the technical level of industrial explosive.
