计算机设计的降压收集极的实验验证

摘    要:本文提出了利用文献1]的轴对称多级降压收集极计算模型和通用程序进行设计的方法,以及叙述了用该法设计的收集极在高效率C波段行波管中的使用情况。

Abstract:In our previous paper1] the physical-mathematical model suitable for eomputing the depressed collector was presented, and a general computer program was given. In this paper, making use of this program, a method of designing the multi-stage depressed collector is described. And using this method, double stage depressed collector which is used in a C-band, watt level TWT with 22-24 percent electron efficiency is designed. As a result, the collector efficiency is higher than 74 percent and the tube efficiency(excluding heater power) is higher than 50 percent.
