摘    要:通过工控机替代传统的PLC,将音视频的采集、压缩以及设备控制集成在一起,设计实现了一种计算机监控系统,主要用于水利闸泵站监控.现地控制站与监控中心协调管理,能良好地实现水利自动化功能.系统同时具有视频输入,语音输入和输出端口,能将音视频信号压缩后通过网络上传监控中心,中心能通过网络向就地控制站传送语音信号,实现视频监视与语音通信.

Abstract:Instead of PLC, industrial personal computer (IPC) is used for audio and video sampling, compress and equipment controlling. This system is mainly used for monitor and Control in water conservancy. By co- operating of local control unit and center of monitor and control, the system can actualize automatization of water conservancy. Moreover, the system has ports for video input, audio input and output, which can transfer compressed audio and video to the center of monitor and control through network, on the other hand, the center transmit audio to local control unit at the same way, consequently, video surveillance and audio communication were implemented.
