镁水泥木丝板复合原理和制作工艺分析

摘    要:本文应用变形协调并联复合和串联复合方法,分析低弹性模量木丝增强高弹性模量镁水泥基的复合原理,并推导出预测镁水泥木丝板抗弯强度的计算方法;分析制作工艺中木丝制取、加压成型以及热压脱模的效果比较,为实现镁水泥木丝板或镁水泥中、高密度纤维板的工业化大规模生产提供理论依据。

The analysis on principle and making technology of the magnesia cement wood fiber board

Abstract:In this paper,the application of parallel composite and series connection composite were used compatible distortion method,the principle analysis with low elastic modulus wood fiber and enhanced high elastic modulus magnesia cement composite matrixes were discussed.Based on this,the calculation formula was deduced to forecast the bending resistance of magnesia cement wood fiber board.Through comparing effect the three procedure of making technology,including wood fiber extraction,compressive force,hot press demoulding.The conclusions in this paper provided a theoretical basis for further industrialized manufacture of.magnesia cement wood fiber board and magnesia cement high fiber board.
