| 摘 要： | 对房地产企业在建设过程中如何搞好成本控制,使经济效益最大化进行了探讨,通过调查,以一块具有典型代表性的地块为例,分析了房地产项目的开发成本情况,提出了进行成本控制的一些建议,以期指导房地产企业合理有效地进行成本控制。
