摘    要:提出了一种悬臂梁结构磁致伸缩双面薄膜动态驱动模型.以磁致伸缩双面薄膜复合梁的等效形变为基础,将磁致伸缩驱动应力转换为外等效扰动力矩,依据受迫振动理论来研究磁致伸缩薄膜的动态特性.试验结果表明,修正后的模型可以描述双面磁致伸缩薄膜在同一驱动频率下的动态特性.

Abstract:Double-faced giant magnetostrictive thin films(GMFs) characterize big strain and prompt response,which has widespread prospect for some applications in the field of MEMS.A new dynamic model for double-faced GFMs in cantilever structure is proposed,whose principle is to analyze its dynamic behavior of GFMs according to force oscillation theory,in which equivalent external disturbed drive torque is converted from internal magnetostrictive drive stress based on equivalent deformation of compound GFMs beam,experiments show that modified model can describe the dynamic behavior of GFMs at a certain driving frequency effectively.
