| 摘 要： | 本文研究了一种新型无锡铜基耐磨合金 ZHM—3.经试验和生产证明,工艺性能、机械性能、物理性能和使用寿命均优于锡青铜(ZQSn6—6—3和 ZQsn10—1),且成本比锡青铜降低35～40%,取代锡青铜在冶金、机械、轻工等行业的应用不仅有广泛前景,而且能取得较大的经济效益和一定的社会效益.

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the wear-resistant alloy of ZHM-3 Type Non-tin copper base.The experimental and productional results show that mechnical properties,process properties and physical propertise of the new alloy are better than tin bronze(ZQSn6-6-3 and ZQSn10-1).The cost is 35-40% lower than that of bronze.It promises well in the replacement of tin bronze in metallurgical industry,machine industry and light industry,and can achieve economic and social benefits. |
