羊绒围巾是目前毛纺企业的主要品种之一,生产该围巾的工艺流程较长,存在的质量问题相对也多,其中起毛沟痕及穗痕问题都是生产中很棘手且关键的问题.文章研究了起毛沟痕问题,从原料、织物组织设计、纱穗密度、上机回潮率、起毛剂、起毛设备和定形整理等方面分析其成因,并提出解决方法.并从蒸呢机各部件的运转状态及工艺参数分析影响穗痕的因素,寻求解决穗痕问题的具体方法.
