阿魏酸环己酯的合成及其抑菌活性研究

摘    要:以对甲基苯磺酸为催化剂,催化阿魏酸与环己醇反应,直接酯化合成阿魏酸环己酯。采用单因素优选法,对醇酸比、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对产品收率的影响进行了讨论。通过紫外光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、质谱及X-单晶衍射等方法对产物进行了表征。并通过微量量热法对阿魏酸环己酯对大肠杆菌的抑菌活性进行了研究。

Abstract:The synthesis of cyclohexyl ferulate with p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst was studied.Ferulic acid and cyclohexanol were used as the raw meterial.Through single factor optimization,various factors that affect the reaction,such as the molar ratio of cyclohexanol to ferulic acid,amount of catalyst used,reaction temperature and time,were studied.The structural characterization of the target compound was conducted by UV,IR,1H NMR、MS and XRD.Besides,the antibacterial activity of cyclohexyl ferulate against E.coli was investigated by microcalorimetry.
