紫外光固化涂料的研究进展

摘    要:紫外光(UV)固化涂料是以辐照固化技术为特征的环保节能型涂料,与传统涂料相比,其具有节能、高效、性能优异等优点。近年来辐照固化技术得到了快速发展。主要介绍UV固化涂料的组分、国内外最新研究成果和性能的表征方法,并讨论了涂料未来的发展方向。

Abstract:Ultraviolet(UV) curing coating is a type of environmental and energy-saving coating based on the radiation curing technology.Compared with traditional coatings,photo-curing coating has many advantages such as energy conservation,high efficiency and excellent properties.Radiation curing technology has been developing rapidly in recent years.UV-curing coating composition,latest research achievements and characterization methods for detecting the performance of coating are introduced.The developing direction of coatings in the future is discussed as well.
