摘    要:以L-脯氨酸为手性源,合成了四种烷基咪唑手性离子液体,并进行了结构表征。烷基咪唑溴化物离子液体经与氢氧化钾碱化后再与氨基酸中和反应制得产物,探索了合适的反应条件。测定了产物的比旋光度,考察了各产物的光学纯度。

Abstract:A series of novel chiral alkyl imidazolium ionic liquids were synthesized from natural amino acids——L-proline.The structures of the target compounds were confirmed by ~1H NMR.Amino acids reacted with the intermediate of alkaline ionic liquids prepared from alkyl imidazolium bromide.Main factors affecting the conversion of the reactions were investigated.The optical rotation and purity of four kinds of ionic liquids were tested.
