异丁醛加氢动力学中产物异丁醇的色谱分析法

摘    要:以正丙醇为内标,用气相色谱法测定异丁醛加氢产物异丁醇的含量。异丁醇的标准曲线表明其和内标正丙醇的质量比与二者相应特征峰的峰面积之比有较好的线性关系,相关系数达0.99以上,重现性和准确性相对误差均小于3%。该方法准确可靠,内标廉价、易得、稳定,能满足科学研究和工业生产的需要。

Abstract:The content of isobutyl alcohol(IBA) in hydrogenation product of isobutyl aldehyde was measured by using an internal standard(n-propanol).The standard curves of IBA showed that the mass ratio of IBA and the internal standard(n-propanol) and the corresponding peak area ratio had good linear relationship,and the correlation coefficient reached 0.999.The relative error was less than 3%.This method is accurate and reliable,and the internal standard is cheap,available,stable and nonpoisonous.
