摘    要:以污水处理厂的剩余污泥为研究对象,采用硒粉催化法测定其中的蛋白质含量,探讨了样品消化时间、硒粉用量、K2SO4用量对消化反应的影响,并将该方法与凯氏定氮法作了对比。结果表明:污泥样品的最佳消化时间为1h,硒粉的最佳用量为0.15g,K2SO4为3g。该法与凯氏定氮法相比,具有快速、方便、可靠和准确等优点,可用于污泥中蛋白质的快速测定。

Abstract:Excess sludge of wastewater treatment plant was studied.The protein of excess sludge was determined with a rapid selenium powder catalytic method.The effects of digestive time,selenium powder consumption and amount of K2SO4 on the digestion reaction were studied,and the method was compared with Kjeldahl method.The results showed that the best reaction conditions were sludge digestive time 1 h,selenium powder 0.15 g,and K2SO4 3 g.Comparing with Kjeldahl method,the selenium powder catalytic method is fast,convenient,reliable and accurate.
