含羟基功能基双氨基三唑硫醚及其席夫碱的合成研究

摘    要:报道在超声辐射条件下将3-甲基-4-氨基-5-巯基-1,2,4-均三唑和1,3-二氯-2-丙醇缩合得含羟基功能基双氨基三唑硫醚中间体(1),中间体再与水杨醛缩合得相应席夫碱(2)。并探讨了合成中间体(1)的最佳合成条件:在超声辐射条件和碱性条件下,原料投料比(摩尔比)为2∶1,于50℃超声辐射50min的产率达到83.7%。产品通过元素分析、1 H NMR、IR和MS进行了表征。

Abstract:Bis(amino-triazole sulfurether) bearing hydroxyl functional group(1) and the corresponding salicylaldehyde Schiff′s base were synthesized via condensation of 3-methyl-4-amino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazolethiols with 1,3-dichloro-2-propanol to obtain(1) followed by condensation of compounds(2) with salicylaldehyde under ultrasound.The favorable reaction conditions of synthesizing the intermediate compound(1) were found as follows: under ultrasound and caustic alkali coupling,the reaction time was about 50 min,the reaction temperature was 50℃,and the mol ratio of amino-triazole thiols(1),to 1,3-dichloro-2-propanol were 2∶1 in 50% ethanol.The yield of(1) was 83.7%.The intermediate(1) and title Schiff base complex(2) were characterized by elemental analysis,1H NMR,IR and MS.
