| 摘 要： | 邻乙氧基苯酚是一种重要的有机合成中间体,应用于农药、染料、化学试剂等的合成中,药品如用于非那西丁、氢化可的松、醋酸泼尼松和地塞米松的合成,研究了利用相转移催化反应在不同的催化剂反应条件下,合成中间体邻乙氧基苯酚,在氢氧化钠存在下邻苯二酚与硫酸二乙酯60～65℃反应3h条件下合成邻乙氧基苯酚,产品收率达90%以上。对不同催化剂的使用和反应时间进行了条件优化,对产品邻乙氧基苯酚的IR谱图、NMR谱图进行了确认和详细的分析。

| Abstract: | o-Ethoxyphenol is an important drug and organic chemical intermediate.It is applied wide!:in synthesis of pesticide,dye and chemical reagents,and it is also applied in synthesis of drug(?)as acetophenacetin,hydrogen cortisone,acetate prednisone and dexamethasone.Different catalysts were used to synthesize o-ethoxyphenol by phase transfer catalytic method.o-Ethoxyphenol was synthesized from catechol and diethyl sulfate in toluene solvent in the presence of sodium hydrate.The yield was over 90% under the reaction temperature of 60～65℃and the reaction time of 3.0 h.The product was characte(?)ized by IR and NMR spectroscopy. |
