电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法分析钛合金

摘    要:建立了钛合金中铝、铬、铁、钼、锆的测定方法。样品采用盐酸溶解,内标法消除基体干扰,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪直接测定样品中的铝、铬、铁、钼、锆元素含量。方法检出限为铝0.040mg/g、铬0.004mg/g、铁0.005mg/g、钼0.002mg/g、锆0.002mg/g,相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.47%~1.42%,分析国家标准物质结果同证书值吻合。

Abstract:An ICP-AES method for determination of aluminum,chromium,iron,molybdenum and zirconium content in titanium alloys was established.Titanium alloy was dissolved with hydrochloric acid. The sample solution was detected by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry with an internal standard for overcoming matrix interferences.The detect limits for aluminum,chromium,iron, molybdenum and zirconium were 0.040 mg/g,0.004 mg/g,0.005 mg/g,0.002 mg/g and 0.002 mg/g, respectively.Relative standard deviations of the test results were in the range of 0.47%~1.42%(n=6).
