| 摘 要： | 利用HPLC-ESI/MS技术及提取离子色谱(EIC)数据处理分析方法,在正离子模式下,决明子脂溶性成分中的不饱和脂肪酸以阳离子加合物M+solvent+H]+或自身叠加的形式被检出。研究表明该法对未能完全分离的重叠峰进行解析,发现了重叠峰中含有亚麻酸的结构信息,得到了比较满意的结果。

| Abstract: | The identification of different components in the fat-soluble components of Cassia Obtusifolia L mixture was achieved by HPLC-ESI/MS and extracted ion chromatography(EIC).The formation of adduct ions and fatty acid was discussed.Saturated fatty acids could be detected as cationized ions + and unsaturated fatty acids could be detected as adducts ions M+solvent+H]+ in positive ion mode.The method was used to resolve overlapping peaks of the chromatogram,and linolenic acid and other six fatty acids were identified from extract of Cassia Obtusifolia L.The results were satisfactory. |
