基于COMOSWORKS软件的固定管板式换热器应力分析方法

摘    要:固定管板式换热器的应力分析具有相当的复杂性。本文将COMOSWORKS有限元分析模块和S01idworks三维建模软件结合,提出了一种进行换热器的应力分析的新方法,并给出了其在固定管板式换热器应力分析中的应用实例,且给出了实现应力分析所涉及的主要技术方法和详细步骤。

Abstract:Stress analyses of fixed tubesheet heat exchanger are very complex and difficult. In this paper, a new approach to stress analysis of fixed tubesheet heat exchanger was put forward. By combining the simulation mod- el of COMOSWORKS with the solid modeling software - Solidworks, the results of stress analysis can be given out simply and directly. An example of a fixed tubesheet heat exchanger analysis been illustrated. The key skills and main steps were also presented in detail.
