摘    要:线性分配法不要求先给出决策矩阵,只需要知道各方案对每个目标的优先次序,利用这种次序求解相应的二值线性规划,使对应的权的和达到最大,以此来确定各方案最可能的位置.但是,通过对线性分配法的研究发现:单一利用权的和最大来确定各方案的优先次序尚有不妥;因此,本文从线性分配法的基本思想和基本概念出发,提出了一种改进思路,利用标度矩阵和相对偏离度来确定各方案最可能的位置.

Abstract:The Linear Distribution Method doesn't need the decision matrix provided first,only needing to obtain each scheme's order to each goal.People establish the two linear valued programs by this order and solve it.Then the maximum sum of the corresponding schemes' weights determines the most positions.On the other hand,this paper has a finding by studying the Linear Distribution Method:it isn't proper that we arrange the preferential order of every scheme single to utilize the maximum sum of their weights.So,this paper proposes a new improved thinking proceeding from the basic thought and conception of the method.That is to say,this paper utilizes scale matrix and the relative degree of deviation to arrange the most possible position for every scheme.
