一种新型框架式管端加厚液压机

根据生产需要,要求将钻杆管体同公母工具接头采用焊接方法连成一体。为增加焊接处的强度,焊接前钻杆管体两端要进行管端加厚;部分油管及套管因工艺要求需在管端车丝,管端亦需要加厚或定径。框架式管端加厚机组主要适用于油管和钻杆管端加厚(内加厚、外加厚及内外加厚)工艺及套管管端的定径工艺。

According to the production demands,the drill pipe body should be connected with the malefemale tool by welding process.In order to increase the strength of the connecting part,the two ends of drill pipe body has been thickened before welding.Some pipes and sleeve pipes need to be threaded at two ends because of technical process.The pipe end has also needed to be thickened or fixed diameter.The frame type tube end thicken press is mainly used for inner thicken,outer thicken,inner & outer thicken technical process of oil pipe and drill rod as well as diameter-fixing technical process of sleeve pipe end.
