| 摘 要： | 对FMS激光切割机柔性生产线进行整体介绍,系统分析构成整条生产线的各个组成部分。本生产线由国际先进的全自动立体仓库、高性能激光切割机等关键设备组成,包括三菱触摸屏、PMC轴同步运行控制、全自动上下料装置等多种技术,立体仓库与激光切割机采用总线数据通讯,通过自动编程软件为客户实现完整的加工流程。

| Abstract: | The overall introduction has been conducted to the FMS laser cutting machineflexible production line in the text.The component parts of the whole production line have been systematically analyzed.This production line is composed of international advanced automatic stereoscopic warehouse,high performance laser cutting machine and other key equipment,including Mitsubishi touch screen,PMC axis synchronous operation control,automatic loading & unloading device.The bus data communication has been adopted between stereoscopic warehouse and laser cutting machine.The complete machining process has been realized by use of automatic programming software for clients to realize. |
