摘    要:板料液压成形是制造难成形件的一种有效方法。分析了罩盖液压拉深成形的工艺性,通过运用Dynaform板料成形软件,对罩盖零件的液压拉深成形过程进行了数值模拟,获得了成形后的零件成形极限图和变薄率分布图,并分析了其拉深成形过程。研究结果表明,采用初始设定的参数,罩盖在液压拉深过程中,最大变薄率约为18.27%,小于25%,成形效果良好,不容易破裂。采用模拟中使用的各成形条件,通过液压拉深实验能拉深出合格的成形零件,验证了模拟过程的正确性。

Abstract:Sheet hydro-forming is an effective method for manufacturing complicated parts. The manufacturability of hydraulic drawing of cover was analyzed, and the hydraulic drawing process of cover was simulated and analyzed by software Dynaform, and its FLD and thinning rate distribution were obtained. The results show that the maximum thinning rate of cover in the process of hydraulic drawing is about 18. 27% and less than 25% by adopting initial designed parameters, and the forming effect is excellent without crack. Thus, the qualified drawing parts are manufactured through hydraulic drawing experiment under the adopted condition in simulation, which verifies the correctness of simulation process.
