摘    要:分析了H13模具钢退火组织中网状碳化物的形成机理,阐述了网状碳化物对模具钢性能的影响,发现锻后通过高温加热及快速冷却的方式能够有效避免网状碳化物的析出,同时还能够显著提高冲击性能。

Abstract:The formation of network carbide in the annealed structure of H13 die steel has been analyzed.Meanwhile, the influence of network carbide on the properties of die steel has been described.It is found that after forging, the precipitation of network carbide can be effectively avoided by means of high temperature heating and rapid cooling, and the impact property can be improved obviously as well.
