基于DEFORM的预减振轴套板预切冲裁

摘    要:以汽车离合器中的预减振轴套板为研究对象,建立预减振轴套板预切冲裁的有限元模型,运用DEFORM-2D仿真软件对板料的预切冲裁过程进行数值模拟,并且设计冲压级进模进行试验验证,分析了板料冲裁工艺参数与零件冲裁断面质量之间的影响变化趋势。根据研究结果得知:预减振轴套板零件冲裁断面的光亮带长度随着落料冲裁间隙、预切深度以及凸模刃口圆角半径的不断增大而逐渐减小,而随着冲裁速度的不断增大则呈现出逐渐增加的变化趋势。此外,数值模拟值与试验值之间的最大相对误差为14.9%,从而验证了有限元仿真的正确性。

Pre-cutting blanking of intermediate disc based on DEFORM
Abstract:For the intermediate disc in the automobile clutch, its finite element model was established, and the process of pre-cutting blanking was simulated by DEFORM-2D.Then, the simulated results were verified by the designed stamping progressive die, and the relationship between process parameters and quality of cross section was analyzed.The results show that the length of smooth zone for intermediate disc decreases with the increase of die clearance of blanking, pre-cutting depth and fillet radius of punch, while it increases with the increase of blanking speed.In addition, the maximum relative error between numerical simulation and experimental values is 14.9%.Therefore, the correctness of finite element simulation is verified.
