吹吸气流控制粉尘试验与应用

摘    要:论述了吹吸式通风在工业中使用的优越性和可行性,通过理论分析及大量试验,寻求出合理的流量比,研究了影响吹吸式通风的多种因素,认为鸭嘴形多喷口具有较好的气流出射角,形成的气幕扩散角和气幕厚度亦较小,吸风口增加挡板改变了吸气流场的分布,合适的挡板对污染气体的控制有利.

Abstract:A momentum amended coefficient Cx was led into to revise the formula of efflux theory by theory analysis and testing.After studying many factors affecting blow inhale ventilation,it has determined that multiple ruling shape nozzles have quite good air flowing angle of fire,and forming fairly small air screen diffusing angle and thickness.The air screen hole between spray head is very small comparatively to the whole air screen,so it does not significantly affect the system.Increased fenders change the distribution of inhaled air flow field,and suitable fenders is beneficial to control polluted gas.
