酚醛树脂基摩擦材料高温摩擦性能的研究进展

摘    要:分别从有机、无机、纳米及复合改性方面介绍了酚醛树脂(PF)基摩擦材料高温摩擦性能的研究进展。在这些改性方法中,由于改性剂与PF分子之间能形成化学键、氢键或范德华力,或直接将PF中易高温分解的酚羟基反应而生成耐热性较强的化学键,加上改性剂的补强作用,使得PF基摩擦材料的高温摩擦性能得到显著提高。

Abstract:The frictional properties at high-temperature of friction materials based on organic-modified,inorganic-modified,nanomaterial-modified and compound-modified phenolic resin were introduced. Amound these methods,because of the chemical bonds,hydrogen bonds or van der Waals force between modifier and phenolic resin,or the stronger heat-resistance-bond generated by the reaction of the high-temperature decomposition phenolic hydroxyl,or the modification of modifiers,the frictional properties at high-temperature ...
