摘    要: 用扫描电镜研究了铸造铝硅合金表面浸锌膜的形貌,用电子探针、能谱仪研究了浸锌薄膜的组成,用增重法测试了浸锌膜的重量。结果表明,硫酸锌的含量对浸锌膜的形貌有较大影响,随浸锌时间的增加,锌膜趋于均匀化,第二次浸锌20~30 s,锌膜可以均匀地覆盖整个基体表面。浸锌膜中主要成分是锌,其次为铁、镍、铜。第一次浸锌30 s时,膜重达到最大值。

Abstract:Morphology and composition of non-cyanide zincation film on cast A1-Si alloy was studied by SEM, EPMA and energy spectrometer. Weight of the zincation film was measured by gain in weight method, It was shown that content of ZnSO4 has great effect on morphology of the zincation film, and Zn film tends to be uniform as zincation time increases. Zn film could cover the surface of the substrate uniformly during the second zincation for 20-30 s, Main component of the zincation film is Zn. while Fe, Ni and Cu were also found, maximum weight of the film could be attained if firstly zincated for 30 s.
