川东石炭系影响白云岩酸蚀裂缝导流能力因素的试验研究

摘    要:文中利用多功能酸液环流装置,针对川东石炭系白云岩,研究了闭合压力、溶蚀量以及刻蚀形态等因素对酸蚀裂缝导流能力的影响规律;同时采用温度、排量、酸浓度、缝宽4因素四水平的正交实验,综合考察了温度、排量、酸浓度、缝宽四种因素对酸蚀裂缝导流能力的影响主次顺序为:缝宽>浓度>温度>排量。这对优化酸化设计,提高酸蚀裂缝导流能力,有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:Fracturing is an effective measure to reconstruct carbonate reservoir.The results of acid fracturing is determined by acid effective coverage and acid-etched fracture conductivity.Acid-etched fracture conductivity can be improved by selecting and controlling suitable technical parameters.In this paper,factors,such as closing pressure,dissolution volume and etched forms,which affect acid-etched fracture conductivity have been studied by using multi-functional acid fluid circulation equipment in accordance with dolomite of carboniferous system in eastern Sichuan province.Meanwhile,orthogonal experiments with temperature,flowreate,acid concentration and fracture width have been done,four factors priority ranking has achieved as follows:fracture width>concentration>temperature>flowrate.It has important meaning for optimizing acidizing design and improving acid-etched fracture conductivity.$$$$
