摘    要:电站锅炉大型化以后,钢构架也变得更为复杂,普通的计算已难以满足要求。结合大型循环流化床锅炉工程,叙述了应用有限元软件ANSYS对锅炉钢构架进行精确、方便、快捷计算的程序,通过静载、震载和风载的分析,获得经济、安全可靠的设计数据,大大缩短了设计工期。

Abstract:Since power plant boilers have become massive,their steel frames have become more and more complex,hard to be mastered by conventional calculation.In connection with an engineering project concerning a circulating fluidized bed boiler of large capacity,an accurate,expedient and quick way of calculating and analyzing a boiler frame-work,by finite element software ANSYS,is described,including an explanation of how to compose programs of sequential orders.Efficiency and safety warranting as well as reliable design data can be obtained by way of analyzing static load,vibrational load and wind force loadings;wherewith much design time is spared.
