| 摘 要： | 本文提出了计算钢轨轧后冷却过程应力分布和弯曲变形的方法，并分析了断面应力分布的特点和导致终冷弯曲的原因。计算的４３公斤重轨在冷却和反复弯曲过程中恢复平直的时间与实测结果基本符合。

| Abstract: | A method is proposed to calculate longitudinal stress distribution and bending deformation of rail during cooling after rolling.The characteristic of stress distribution pattern and the reason to cause the bending state of rail after cooling are analysed on the calculation The predicted times related with straightening of 43 ko railduring cooling are in agreement with the measured results. |
