热管化学反应器的应用研究

摘    要:热管是一种借助工质的相变进行热传递的高效换热元件。文章对乙苯脱氢反应器、环己醇脱氧反应器、均四苯二酸酐反应器、P2S5热管反应釜及顺酐反应器等热管式化学反应器的实验研究进展及结果进行了综述。认为将热管应用于化学反应器.可使生产能力得到显著提高,具有广泛的应用前途。

Abstract:Heat pipe is a high efficient heat exchange component, which transfer the heat resorts to the phase change of its working substance. The article summarizes the experimental research progress and the conclusions of several heat pipe type chemical reactors. Such as ethyl benzene dehydro - genation reactor, cyclohexanol dehydro - genation reactor, pyromellitic dianhydride reactor, P2S5 heat pipe reactor and maleic anhydride reactor. It comes to the conclusion that, the application of heat pipe in chemical reactor will improve the productivity remarkably. Heat pipe type chemical reactor has wide application prospect.
