| 摘 要： | 对水轮发电机的定子线圈专用冷却模结构进行了分析总结,针对其复杂的结构进行了创新性的改进.将冷却模主体改造为滑动导轨的结构,通过导轨上各个组成部分的滑动进行尺寸调节,达到了多套冷却模通用主体组成部分的目的.既节约了材料、又缩短制造周期.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the special die for cooling stator coils, and brings forth new ideas regarding to its complicacy construction. The new type of cooling die uses sliding guide rail. The die can be adjusted through.adjusting the component of the guide rail, in order that the die can be used in general. This technique can not only save the material, but also shorten the manufacturing circle. |
