摘    要:以酒精酵母S8为出发菌株,通过物理和化学诱变,获得一株耐酸菌株A1,在pH=3的条件下,可以正常发酵生产酒精。

Abstract:A Acidproof-alcohol yeast A1 was obtained by the way of physical and chemical mutagens in the original alcohol yeast S8.the result was showed that under the conditions of pH =3 alcohol fermentation production were normal.
