日本都道府县广域绿地规划及其启示

城市大环境绿化建设是改善城市生态环境、形成合理城市结构形态、满足城市居民现代生活需求、有利于城市可持续发展的有效途径，从区域的角度来探讨城市绿地的保护与利用已成为必然。日本建设省在1994年对原有的《都市绿地保全法》进行了部分修正之后，将编制“都道府县广域绿地规划”的工作形成制度，并掀起了新一轮绿地系统规划的高潮。试图通过对日本广域绿地系统规划的背景、概要与内容的介绍，分析其主要特征，探究其在广域绿地系统规划工作中的经验和教训，为我国目前市域绿地系统规划的研究工作提供一些启示。

Japan Prefecture and County Wide Area Green Space Planning and Inspirations

The urban green environmental construdion is the effective way to improve the urban ecological environment, to form the rational urban strudure shape, to satisfy the modern living demands of residents, and to help the urban sustainable development. Discussing the protedion and using of the urban green space in terms of area have already become inevitable. In 1994 Japanese Ministry of Construction partially revised the Urban Green Space Protection Law and the planning of prefecture and county wide area green Space has become a working system. Through introducing the backgrounds, outlines and contents of wide area green space system planning of Japan, and analyzing its main characteristics, the experiences and lessons in wide area green space system planning are explored, which could provide some inspirations for the current research work of municioallv administered area areen soace svstem olannina in China.
