| 摘 要： | 本文阐述在转炉35t 钢包中喂硅钙芯线处理连铸钢水的试验情况,并着重对喂线工艺和喂线效果进行了分析。试验结果表明,对于脱氧、脱硫、改善钢水浇注性能,提高钢质均取得明显效果。

| Abstract: | Cheng Caiqiang (Iron & Steel Research Institute of Maanshan Iron & Steel Company) The present paper relates to feeding of Si-Calcum core wire into the 35-tonne ladle for treating the molten steel with emphasis being put on the analysis of feeding process and its effects.Experiments demonstrate that the new process has achieved very remarkable results in deoxidization,desulphurization and improvment in molten steel concasting performance as well as enhancement of steel quality. |
