| Abstract: | On the basis of design energy requirements of several grass-roots and revamping refinery projects, each with a capacity of over 160,000 b/d in recent years, the design data of energy consumption were studied and energy-saving measures were analyzed and discussed. Suggestions on energy conservation development and energy-saving activities were presented. |
