摘    要:将基于系统辨识的误差输出方法应用于动态汽车衡称量。首先分析和构造了符合汽车衡特点的系统辨识模型,并基于该模型提出了优化输出误差方法,利用称量信号的有效信息,明显提高了称量精度和速度。在试验中,使用3种不同的常见车辆,称量精度达到1%。同时分析了称量过程中的影响因素,在20km/h以下和滑行通过称台的测量条件下,称量误差小于0.85%,为动态汽车衡高速高精度称量提供了实用的工具。

Abstract:In this studies, the system identification method is applied in dynamic vehicle scales. An actual model of dynamic vehicle weighing scale has been analyzed and constructed firstly. Based on the derived model by system identification, the optimal output error method has been proposed to utilize fully the effective information of weighing signals and increase the weighing speed and accuracy. In a real scale experiments, the weighing results from three kinds of vehicles show that the weighing accuracy has reached to 1%. In addition, the affecting factors in weighing processes is analyzed.Under the conditions of the vehicle speed not exceeding 20 km/h and sliding across the platform, the error ratio is less than 0 85%. It is proved that this method is a practical tool for high speed and accuracte weighing of vehicle scales.
