| Abstract: | With the setting-up of the economic system of the market,stealing the electricity becomes a more outstanding problem.Analyzing a great deal of social factors of the phenomenon about electricity-stealing,this paper finds out the characteristics which exist in the behaviors of electricity-stealing and puts forward the corrseponding measure of opposing electricitystealing. |
