| 摘 要： | 介绍国产200MW电调带超速保护机组的甩负荷试验。在旁路系统无法投入的前提下保证了锅炉不超压，避免了机组数字电液控制系统及OPC超速保护频繁动作造成转速的二次飞升，并求取了转子的实际转动惯量，为机组突发甩负荷事故和其它同型机组进行甩负荷试验提供了科学依据。 |

| Abstract: | This paper briefs the load-dump test of 200 MW generating unit with electro-hydraulic control and overspeed protection. On the prerequisite that the bypass fails to go into operation, it is ensured that overpressure of boiler doesn't occur, the frequent actuatings of digital electro-hydraulic control system and OPC overspeed protection are avoided, so as to avoid the arisen secondary flying-up of rotational speed and find out the actual rotational inertia of rotor, providing the scientific basis for the contingent load-dump failure of unit and load-dump test of same type units. |
